Payment Methods:

EpitomeAtl accept the following payments:

 You will be charged upon confirmation of availability as well as the applicable shipping and tax charges.  All orders must have the same billing and shipping address or it will be canceled without exception.

Paypal: 

All orders placed via Paypal have to be done so with a confirmed Paypal address and payment cleared within 24 hours or it will be canceled with no exception.  Paypal purchases will be subject to exchange only.

Order Confirmation:

After availability has been confirmed, EpitomeAtl will then send an email to the email address provided at the time of purchase as verification of receipt along with the tracking number to allow you to follow your shipment process.  Due to the high demand of various products, some orders may not be fulfilled in which case you will receive an email stating so.

Shipping:

EpitomeAtl currently only ships within the continental United States.  Orders will be sent within a day of availability confirmation.  Your order will ship via UPS according to the method chosen and are generally received within 7 days.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  While we will do all we can to prevent any damage to your item EpitomeAtl will not take responsibility for conditions outside of our control such as damage due to severe weather, service interruptions, etc.  

Combined Shipping:

All orders placed will charged shipping individually.  EpitomeAtl will not combine the shipping of multiple orders placed separately. 

Privacy:

EpitomeAtl respects the privacy of our customers and account information and will not share it with any outside sources of any sort.  All information provided is secured and encrypted 

TAXES:

All orders will be charged 7% sales tax in accordance with both Georgia State and Fulton county tax law

Returns & Exchanges:

All customers seeking a return or exchange must contact EpitomeAtl prior to or it will not be accepted with no exception.  Please note: all limited release product, sale items, and items purchased using special discounts/sale promotions are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

All orders for general release regular price items are eligible to be returned for store credit if the item meets the following requirements:

•    Returned within 14 days of receipt (according to tracking)

•    The item is in unworn/new condition with all original packaging 

Refunds will only be given for orders that cannot be fulfilled. Orders placed with Paypal are exchange only.  

Please include your full name, order number and email address with your return.  Once our facility has received your return/exchange you will be sent an email with instructions on how to use your credit.

EpitomeATL does not allow order cancellations.
